In these Terms & Conditions, “Organiser”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Neighbourhood Events Ltd, trading as Musical Con.
"Event" refers to any event or activity at such event promoted on this website.
Tickets to the Event are issued on behalf of the Organiser and are subject to the following terms:

  1. In addition to the terms below, attendees must comply with any terms and conditions set by the ticketing platform used to complete the purchase.
  2. No admission will be granted without a valid ticket or accreditation.
  3. For safety, the Organiser and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches.
  4. Please check tickets upon receipt. Errors cannot always be rectified.
  5. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase. Duplicates will not be issued under any circumstances.
  6. If you are unable to attend due to new UK Government Covid-19 regulations introduced after your ticket purchase (e.g. vaccine passport requirements), your ticket will be transferred to a future event. Refunds will not be issued.
  7. Additional fees (e.g. booking or transaction fees) may apply depending on the ticketing platform used. These are non-refundable except where required by law.
  8. If the Event is postponed or relocated, you may retain your ticket for the new date/location or request an exchange. If cancelled, you may receive a refund or transfer the ticket to a future event. Please note that any booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  9. The Organiser is not liable for costs incurred due to cancellation, changes, or delays — including travel, accommodation, or third-party services.
  10. Altered or defaced tickets will be void.
  11. Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain. Resale will invalidate the ticket and entry will be refused.
  12. The Organiser may restrict the number of tickets per buyer. Any excess may be cancelled.
  13. Content and timing of the Event are subject to change without notice in circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

  15. The Organiser and venue are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death unless arising from their proven negligence and foreseeable circumstances. We are not responsible for third-party actions, including exhibitors.
  16. The Event will follow current UK Government and Public Health England Covid-19 guidance, including the Event Industry’s All Secure Standard. Visitor numbers may be managed in specific areas for safety compliance, and queues may form in outdoor spaces regardless of weather.
  17. Under-18s are not permitted to purchase or sample alcohol or restricted items such as knives.
  18. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for personal property loss or damage.
  19. By attending the Event, you give your consent to be filmed, photographed, or sound recorded by the Organiser and its authorised partners. This content may be used for promotional, archival, security, or broadcast purposes in any media, without payment or further approval.

  21. Only assistance dogs (guide, hearing, support) are permitted at the Event.
  22. Check Event details, times, and parking charges before travelling, as these may change.
  23. Plan your journey in advance. The Organiser is not responsible for delays caused by travel disruption.
  24. Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable point during event activities such as workshops and masterclasses. However, admission cannot be guaranteed once an activity has started, and late entry may be refused to avoid disruption to participants and facilitators.
  25. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
  26. These terms may be updated from time to time. Please review them prior to each ticket purchase or event attendance.

  32. All attendees must comply with health and safety regulations and follow any reasonable instructions given by the Organiser, venue staff, or security personnel. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.
  33. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions as a result of events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather, or failure of public utilities or transport networks.
  34. By attending the Event, you agree to communicate respectfully in any public discussion, review, or social media post relating to the Event. While we welcome honest feedback, we reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to any defamatory, false, or malicious statements made publicly about the Event, Organiser, staff, or participants. This includes statements that are knowingly misleading, breach our Terms & Conditions, or violate applicable laws. We may also refuse entry or future bookings to individuals who engage in such conduct.
  35. The Organiser is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. The Organiser reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in such conduct without refund and to ban them from future events.
  36. Certain activities may have age restrictions or require parental consent. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure that any participating child meets the age criteria and understands the nature of the activity.
